Nana bought me this book. It's soo good! Basically it has pureed veggies in everything. If it's hard to get your kids to eat their veggies, you have it hidden in their desserts, cocoa, suppers and so on. So cool! You spend an hour a week pureeing veggies. Then whenever you made a recipe from the book, all you do is put in the stuff you've prepared already. For example, if you make mac n cheese (homemade, of course), you can put pureed spaghetti squash in there.

hmm, sounds interesting! But Amelia is back to her normal eating habits again, so I'm not in need of anything like that yet. Heehee, lets hope I can keep her liking her veggies. How is Claire's eating habits? Is she doing any better from when we left?

Oh yes, she eats just about everything now. :) I would definitely say she's much much better than when yall left. Thankfully! I like this book for the future--like Julia's age (3). I also think it's neat how there's veggies in everything, so it's healthier for ya.
